Beginning December 13, 2021, and effective through January 15, 2022, the NYS Department of Health is mandating new infection control measures for all indoor public spaces in New York State.  These new requirements should result in no significant change for oral surgery offices,  as most offices have been following this practice since they are part of CDC Guidelines for healthcare settings during this pandemic.  The new mandate from the Commissioner of the Department of Health can be found HERE and their FAQs on this issue can be found HERE
