On December 24, the Governor’s office issued new Guidance for certain healthcare personnel and other critical workers.  This Guidance allows COVID-infected healthcare workers, who meet certain conditions, to return to the workplace after just five (5) days of isolation.  Please see the Guidance itself for all the required terms for this allowance.  This policy is also now consistent with revised CDC policy (HERE) which is summarized in the table below.  Note that New York State guidance takes precedence over CDC guidance for OMS’s practicing in New York.
